Megan Denise Fox was born on the 16th of May, 1986 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee and raised in Rockwood, Tennessee to Gloria Darlene Tonachio (nee Cisson) as a real estate professional and Franklin Thomas Fox, a parole officer. When she was five she began dance and drama classes. At the age of 10 she relocated to Port St. Lucie (Florida) where she completed her training. Megan began modeling and acting at the age of 13 after winning numerous awards at Hilton Head's 1999 American Modeling and Talent Convention. Megan moved to Los Angeles in California at the age of 17 after she had passed her school correspondence test. Megan was the first actor to portray Brianna Wallace in Holiday in the Sun, the Mary-Kate Olsen/Ashley Oliver film. Her most famous roles include that of Sam Witwicky's love interest, Mikaela Benes, in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2006) and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2010) and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2010), as in April O'Neil's film reboot of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014). She was also ranked #68 in FHM magazine's "100 most sexy women in the World in 2006" supplement. It was ranked as number 18 in Maxim magazine's Hot 100 Women of 2007 list. Her ancestral ancestry is primarily English, with small amounts of Scottish, German, and Scots-Irish (Northern Irish), and distant French and Welsh. Megan's sixth great grandma, Mary Powhatan (of the Powhatan Native American Tribe), was believed to be half-Native American.
